During the first quarter of 2025, the sci-fi gaming landscape on iOS in Nigeria saw varied performances among the top apps, according to Sensor Tower data.

Last War:Survival by FUNFLY PTE. LTD. demonstrated significant growth in weekly revenue, peaking at about $2.5K by late March. Downloads were relatively stable, averaging around 1.2K each week, while active users increased steadily from 1.9K to 2.9K over the quarter.

Whiteout Survival from Century Games Pte. Ltd. experienced a notable rise in downloads early in the quarter, reaching a high of 1.9K in early February. Revenue, however, showed fluctuations, peaking at $376 in late January. Active users climbed to a peak of 18K at the end of March.

Age of Origins:Tower Defense by Hong Kong Ke Mo software Co., Limited saw a consistent download rate with a peak of 2.5K in mid-January. Revenue showed a downward trend throughout the quarter, starting at $298 and ending at $98. Active users remained stable around 3.2K to 4K.

Marvel Contest of Champions by Kabam Games, Inc. maintained a steady download rate, averaging around 300 weekly. Revenue trended downwards, with a peak of $309 in mid-January, while active users slightly declined to about 1.4K by the end of March.

Z Day: Hearts of Heroes from FunPlus International AG showed a late-quarter surge in revenue, reaching $736 by the end of March. Downloads were minimal, with negligible activity throughout the quarter, and active users remained constant at around 14.
